Deposit

A $50 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment.
It is processed immediately through the booking site at the time of scheduling.
Please check your email after booking.

Policies

Cancellation / Rescheduling

One-time reschedule is allowed with at least 24 hours' notice — deposit will transfer to the new session. Reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice require a new $50 retainer. No-shows will forfeit the deposit.

Late Arrival

Please arrive on time to get the full session experience! Your late arrival time is deducted from your session.

• More than 30 minutes late (rescheduled): A $50 rescheduling fee applies if the session cannot proceed the same day.
• More than 30 minutes late (proceeds): A $50 late fee applies if the session can continue.
• Sessions that start late will only continue for the remaining booked time.

Payment Methods

The $50 deposit is applied toward the total session price. Remaining balance must be paid in full at the end of the session. Accepted payment methods: Cash or digital payments (e.g., Zelle).

Photo Delivery & Editing

Gallery is delivered within 2 business weeks. Please select your photos for retouching as soon as possible. You have a maximum of 60 days to make your selection — after this period, the retouching service expires and no edits will be made. Once your selection is received, retouching takes 2 weeks. Please check your email! Exclusive photo retouching, art retouching, and complex edits (such as background replacement, people replacement, etc.) are charged separately.
